Program Overview

The Air India Cadet Pilot Program is a prestigious training initiative designed to develop the next generation of commercial airline pilots. This comprehensive program provides aspiring pilots with world-class training, mentorship, and a direct pathway to becoming a First Officer with Air India.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Age: 18-35 years
  • Education: 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics
  • Minimum 50% marks in 12th standard
  • Valid passport
  • Medical fitness as per DGCA Class I requirements
  • Proficiency in English language

Training Process

Phase 1: Ground Training and Theory

Career Path
